(NEW YORK) — For close to a decade McDonald’s sales have been constantly increasing as the company has continued its worldwide expansion. But for the first time, the fast food giant that seemed to be impervious to recession is suffering.
Monthly sales at McDonald’s dropped in October and sales were down around the globe, sending shockwaves through the fast food world.
McDonald’s has been unveiling new, more upscale products to make up for declines, but so far that doesn’t seem to be working.
