Porn and Condoms: LA County Voters Say ‘Yes’

iStockphoto/Thinkstock(LOS ANGELES) — Voters in Los Angeles County passed a measure requiring actors in the adult-film industry to wear condoms during on-screen sex scenes filmed in L.A.
Advocates say the measure will help protect against AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases.
Opponents say the industry successfully polices itself, and customers don’t want condoms.
L.A. could lose millions in tax revenue, as porn producers are threatening to bolt.
