Ray Rice rushed for 98 yards and a touchdown, the defense forced two Cleveland turnovers, and the Ravens beat the Browns for the 10th straight time.

Baltimore (6-2) quarterback Joe Flacco, who has never lost to the Browns, found receiver Torrey Smith for a 19-yard touchdown pass with 4:26 remaining in the fourth quarter for what would be the winning score. Flacco went 15 of 24 for 153 yards on the day.

“Whew,” Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said. “That was a fight. That’s a really good football team. They are well coached, tough and physical. They are building something here. They are an up-and-coming AFC North-style team. That was an AFC North battle.”

For the Browns (2-7), their lack of success against the Ravens continued. Their offense managed five field goals from kicker Phil Dawson, the last one coming with 8:48 left in the fourth which gave Cleveland a 15-14 lead.

Trent Richardson rushed for over 100 yards, but rookie quarterback Brandon Weeden tossed two costly interceptions.

The Ravens have also won 11 straight divisional games overall.
