Soyuz Capsule Lands Safely in Kazakhstan
Published at(ARKALYK, Kazakhstan) — The crew of a Russian Soyuz space capsule, including a NASA astronaut, has made a safe return from the International Space Station.
The capsule touched down in the dark cold of Kazakhstan on Monday, after a 125-day stay at the station.
NASA’s Sunita Williams and two others were retrieved northeast of the town of Arkalyk.
Another three astronauts remain at the International Space Station to be joined by three more next month.
