JEFFERSON COUNTY – A Terreton woman was airlifted after a one-vehicle rollover Sunday evening.

At approximately 8:30 p.m., Jose Carrasco-Rosales, 59, was driving a 2003 Dodge Caravan west on Highway 33 when he lost control of his vehicle. Carrasco-Rosales drove off the left shoulder of the road, where it rolled onto its side.

Both Carrasco-Rosales and his passenger, Carmen Carrasco, 56, of Terreton, were ejected from the vehicle.

Carmen Carrasco was transported by Air Idaho Rescue to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls. Idaho State Police said she was wearing her seatbelt, but it was not worn properly.
