The survey finds that the 364 items in the song will now set you back $107,300.24 compared to $101,119.84 in 2011.

The increase is due to a rise in the price of half of the items, including the pear tree, the French hens and the gold rings.  The biggest jump was in the cost of the geese, which climbed from $162 to $210, a 29.6 percent increase.

The swans remained the priciest item on the list at $7,000 — an 11.1 percent increase from last year — while the partridge continued to be the cheapest gift at $15, unchanged from 2011.
