According to the shipping giant, as long as the the Scouts organization discriminates against gay people, it will not be getting any grant money any time soon.  The company adds that its grants will only be going to organizations that promote diversity and inclusion.

This comes on the heels of a statement released by the Boy Scouts over the summer saying that it won’t change its policy which excludes openly gay members and adults.

The new UPS policy states that it will “cease all future funding to the Boy Scouts until gay Scouts and leaders are welcome within the organization.”

UPS has been known to give hundreds of thousands of dollars in grant money to the Boy Scouts over the years.
