White House Christmas Tree Arrives
Published at(WASHINGTON) — The official White House Christmas tree arrived on Friday, straight from a prize winning farm in the North Carolina mountains.
First lady Michelle Obama welcomed the tree and its growers from Peak Farms in Ashe County.
The 19-foot Fraser fir was delivered via horse drawn carriage and will be displayed through the holiday season in the Blue Room of the White House.
