Wizards Rookie Bradley Beal Adjusting to NBA Life

He feels too many people are giving him advice, which is effecting his on-court performance.

Even though it is not uncommon for a rookie to experience the highs and lows of professional sports, Bradley has struggled in his first few games in the NBA. In three games, he is averaging 8.7 points per game, but he’s shooting just .286% percent from the field.

“I have too many people in my ear, so I have to eliminate that and keep my circle small and focus on what the team needs to do and what I need to do,” Beal told CSNWashington.com. “I know a lot of people want me to do this, this, and this, but that’s not important to me. We’re trying to get wins.”

Beal scored eight points and two points, respectively in his first two games with the Wizards, but did score 16 points in the team’s loss against the Celtics on Wednesday night.
