Bear Lake County Family Homeless After Fire

(BENNINGTON) – A Bear Lake County family has lost their home after a fire tore through the house Wednesday.

The Darren and Emily Keetch family lost everything Wednesday afternoon. The family is from Bennington, a close-knit community between Montpelier and Georgetown.

All five members of the Keetch family and their dog made it out safely. The cause of the fire is still unknown.

The home is still standing, but is reported to be uninhabitable.
