Bingham Memorial to Hand Over New Evidence

(BLACKFOOT) – Bingham Memorial Hospital has handed over new evidence that could impact an ethics investigation being conducted by the state Attorney General’s office.
KPVI reports one of the allegations being raised is that conversations may have been recorded illegally. An employee recently discovered audio files that may be related to the investigation.
Hospital officials say the audio files were handed over in an effort to be more transparent and cooperative with investigators.
