(FORT HALL) – A Blackfoot man is facing arson charges for setting fire to a trailer home on the Fort Hall Indian Reservation.

U.S. Attorney Wendy Olson said Trevor James Hurley, 20, “willfully and maliciously” burned the home and travel trailer on Aug. 6.

Hurley was indicted Tuesday by a federal grand jury in Pocatello. He’ll be back in court on Friday.

The incident was investigated by the Fort Hall Police Department, the Bingham County Sheriff’s Office and the Idaho State Fire Marshal.

Hurley faces a prison sentence of up to 25 years and a $250,000 fine.
