Boise Woman Wins $1M Powerball Prize

(BOISE) – A 63-year-old Boise woman has struck it rich.
Susan Worthington, who recently retired, won a $1 million runner-up prize during last week’s Powerball jackpot drawing valued at nearly $600 million.
Worthington plans to use her winnings to retire comfortably, which includes finishing a remodeling project on her kitchen and some landscaping around her home.
