“Boy Meets World” Actor Rider Strong Engaged to Girlfriend

Jean Baptiste Lacroix/WireImage(NEW YORK) — Rider Strong, one of the stars of the ABC sitcom Boy Meets World, is engaged to his girlfriend, Alexandra Barreto.
A spokesman for the actor tells E! that Strong recently presented her with “a handmade ring he created himself.”
Strong, who played Corey’s best friend Shawn in Boy Meets World, recently said he wouldn’t be appearing alongside his former co-stars Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel in the upcoming Disney Channel spin-off, Girl Meets World.
Strong and Barreto originally met in 2006 on the set of the TV show Pepper Dennis.
