Channing Tatum, Wife Expecting Their First Child

Stuart Wilson/Getty Image(LOS ANGELES) — Channing Tatum, the Magic Mike star and current “Sexiest Man Alive” title holder thanks to People magazine, is expecting a baby with his wife, actress Jenna Dewan-Tatum. Tatum’s publicist told ABC News that the two will welcome their first child next year.
The actors, both 32, met on the set of the 2006 dance film Step Up and tied the knot in Malibu, Calif. in July 2009.
Just how many kids will the couple have? Tatum has said he wants a lot, but he’s acknowledged that it’s not entirely up to him.
“The first number that pops into my head is three, but I just want one to be healthy and then we’ll see where we go after that,” Tatum recently told People magazine. “It’s really easy for us guys to say, ‘I want like 15 kids.’ Jenna will be like, ‘Well you better get another wife!’”
