(IDAHO FALLS, ID)  —  In the wake of the Massacre at Newtown, CT. last Friday, many of us harbor feeling of anxiety, fear, sadness and dispair. Mental Health Therapist Kristopher Walton joined Tim Lewis on Idaho’s Morning News this week to discuss ways to get and stay on the healing road.   Ways to talk to your kids about their fears.   And noticing the red-flags of those people in your life who are flailing with their mental health, and what to do to help them immediately and for the long term.
