Crapo Won’t Fight DUI Charge
Published at(WASHINGTON, D.C.) – U.S. Sen. Mike Crapo will not fight a charge for driving under the influence earlier this month.
Crapo was pulled over for running a red light in Virginia and had a blood alcohol above the legal limit of .08. Police records show Crapo registered at .14 when a second test was conducted at the jail — slightly lower than the limit requiring a mandatory jail sentence.
Crapo will appear in court this Friday.
