Final “Twilight” Film Edges “Skyfall” for Another Box Office Win
Published at(NEW YORK) — The final Twilight film won the box office for the third weekend in a row, earning an estimated $17.4 million.
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 2 has now made over $250 million at the domestic box office and over $700 million worldwide.
The James Bond flick Skyfall finished a close second, with $17 million. It has made the most money worldwide of any Bond movie, with $869 million and counting.
The Brad Pitt drama Killing Them Softly had a soft debut — it opened in seventh place, collecting $7 million.
The horror flick The Collection bowed in 10th place, with $3.4 million.
