High Schoolers Taking More College Credit
Published at(TWIN FALLS) – More Idaho high school students are taking college college credits before graduation.
Over 1,800 high schoolers are currently enrolled in dual-credit classes being offered through the College of Southern Idaho, and thousands of others are enrolled in public and private-sponsored universities statewide.
Officials say dual-credit courses are often more affordable than simply attending college part time, which makes the classes more attractive to students looking to get a head start on their higher education.
