Judge Reverses Mediation in Murder Case

(POCATELLO) – A judge in Pocatello has reversed a decision on a murder case.
On Monday, Judge Stephen Dunn ordered both the prosecution and defense attorneys for the Michael Lane Sparks murder case to go into mediation, and on Tuesday, Judge Dunn rescinded his decision.
The attorneys in the case believe the judge called for mediation in an effort to solve the case before it became a capitol murder trial.
Sparks is scheduled to begin his trial in March. He is accused of murdering his estranged wife, Judith Rachel Johnston, in front of her children.
