(SHELLEY) – A man is being evaluated after he showed up at Riverview Elementary School in Shelley possibly under the influence of meth.
Bingham County Sheriff’s Deputies say the man was voicing concerns about visitation rights involving his child, who attends the school.
Superintendent Bryan Jolley says the man was asked by an administrator to leave, which he did.
Officials believe the man was off prescribed medications. He has not been formally charged.
