The Redskins (6-6) are only one game out of the NFC East heading into Sunday and are coming off a win against the New York Giants on Monday night.

“They’ve always had great personnel,” said Griffin III on the Ravens defense.  “Ed Reed is the top of that defense; he does a good job with everything.  It’s nothing to fear but you definitely have to be aware of where he’s at.”

Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco says with the teams being only about 30 miles apart, it should be a fun game to play in.

“I’m sure there will be a lot of people out there that’ll have a little bit more interest in the game,” said Flacco.  “It’ll make it a little more interesting in that kind of sense.”

If the Ravens were to win, they’ll clinch a playoff berth.

“It’s that late time of year where the cream rises to the top,” said Ravens running back Ray Rice.  “Not going to make no mistake for sitting here at 9-3 with a chance to get back into the playoffs again.  It’ll be five years in the running clinching a playoff spot, which is special.”
