(NEW YORK) — The National Hockey League announced on Thursday that it has cancelled games through Jan. 14, as the league works on hammering out a new collective bargaining agreement with the players’ association.
With the latest round of cancellations, a total of 625 regular-season games, 50.8 percent of the season, has been lost.
The league has already cancelled the New Year’s Day Winter Classic and the All-Star game due to the lockout.
