(NEW YORK) — The National Hockey League announced Monday that it has cancelled games through Dec. 30, as the league works on securing a new collective bargaining agreement with the players’ association.
With the latest round of cancellations, a total of 526 regular season games, 42.8 percent of the season, has been lost.
The NHL has already cancelled the New Year’s Day Winter Classic and the All-Star game due to the lockout.
