The 24-year-old Revere hit .294 and stole 40 bases for the Twins last season.

“Heading to an good organization w/ the phillies can’t wait to get started w/ them..!! God bless..!!,” Revere tweeted.

Revere comes at a good price. He is set to be with the Phillies for the next five years and will make close to the league minimum for the first two.

As for the Twins, they receive a pitcher in Worley who as a rookie in 2011 went 11-3 with a 3.01 ERA. He didn’t fare as well in 2012 going 6-9 with a 4.20 ERA before being sent to the disabled list in late August to have right elbow surgery.

The Twins also receive Trevor May, who was considered the Phillies top pitching prospect going into last season. May finished the season with a 10-13 with a 4.87 ERA at Double-A Reading.
