Report: Lindsay Lohan Furious over Unapproved “Scary Movie 5” Joke

ABC News(LOS ANGELES) — Lindsay Lohan and Charlie Sheen appear in a scene together in Scary Movie 5, and while they both have had their share of personal problems that producers could have poked fun at, TMZ.com reports that the majority of the jokes come at Lohan’s expense.
The working script for the movie starts with Lohan and Sheen in bed making a sex tape. As they get started, Lohan tells Sheen, “Okay but let’s do this quick, I got a court hearing in the morning. It’s a driving mishap thing.”
After some more jokes about Lohan’s driving, Sheen starts finding devices on Lohan’s body such as her sobriety monitor, ankle bracelet monitor, and even a dog shock collar.
Once the scary part of the scene starts, Sheen gets tossed across the room and Lohan screams, but viewers were supposed to learn it’s only because she’s watching her movie Herbie: Fully Loaded.
However, producers pulled a fast one on Lohan, according to TMZ. For the trailer, they reportedly swapped out the Herbie clip with a real news clip of Lohan’s probation being revoked.
Lohan reportedly is furious that the producers inserted an extra dig at her expense, because she did not clear the change.
Sources tell TMZ that Lohan was to have final say on which jokes were used, and she is prepared to take legal action over the alleged breach of contract. The actress thinks the unapproved joke was payback from producers because they blame her for holding up the movie shoot and reportedly destroying her trailer.
