The Bulls trailed by just five after the first quarter, but it was all downhill after that. Four Rockets’ players scored 20 or more points. James Harden scored 26 points, Jeremy Lin scored 20 points while dishing out 11 assists, and Omer Asik scored 20 points while pulling down 18 rebounds.

What makes the Rockets’ blowout win even more impressive was that the Bull entered the game with the third-best defense in the NBA in terms of points allowed per game.

“It took us some time to gel and get our chemistry together but I think everyone is one same page,” Harden said. “Moving the basketball offensively, I think we lead the league in scoring, and defensively jsut trying to get as many stops as possible.”

The Rockets have now won four games in a row, and six out of their last ten. They are now in sixth place in the Western Conference standings after the win.
