Soccer Official Kicked to Death By Teen Players

iStockphoto/Thinkstock(THE HAGUE, Netherlands) — Three teens are being charged with manslaughter in the Netherlands for allegedly taking part in an attack on a volunteer lineman after a match.

Richard Nieuwenhuizen, 41, died Monday, a day after he was beaten and kicked by players from an Amsterdam team.

One of the players is 16 years old; two of them are 15.

Nieuwenhuizen was officiating a game his own son was playing in.
