Serge Ibaka had 25 points and 17 rebounds, Russell Westbrook added 22 and the Thunder defeated the San Antonio Spurs 107-93 at Chesapeake Energy Arena.

The Thunder (20-4) outscored the Spurs 29-16 in the third period to pull away in a matchup of the two best teams in the Western Conference. Kevin Durant added 19 for Oklahoma City.

“It was just another game on the list for us,” Durant said. “We really respect this team, we really knew it was going to be a tough game. It was good for us to get a win, but we’ve got to keep moving on.”

For the Spurs (19-7), they struggled on the glass, getting outrebounded 49-37. They were also without the services of Manu Ginobili, who did not play because of a quad contusion. Nano de Colo had 14 points to lead the way for the Spurs.
