Zooey Deshanel and Ben Gibbard Legally Divorced

Kevin Winter/Getty Images(LOS ANGELES) — New Girl star Zooey Deschanel is officially single, reports eonline.com.

Deschanel was granted a divorce from her former husband, Death Cab for Cutie lead singer Ben Gibbard last Wednesday by Los Angeles Superior Court.

The pair announced their separation in November. They were married in September 2009.

The 32-year-old actress is currently dating screenwriter Jamie Linden.
