Running back Eddie Lacy, offensive tackle D.J. Fluker, and cornerback Dee Milliner all announced their decisions to go pro at a news conference on Friday in Tuscaloosa.

Lacy rushed for 1,322 yards and 17 touchdowns in 14 games this season.  He was named offensive MVP of the BCS title game Monday after rushing for 140 yards and scoring twice in Alabama’s 42-14 win over Notre Dame.

“It’s been an amazing experience here,” Lacy said. “Now is the right time to make the move to the National Football League.”

Milliner finished in the top five nationally in passes defensed and is the top ranked cornerback in Scouts Inc.’s rankings.  Fluker blocked for six 100-yard rushers this seasons and anchored what was arguably the top offensive line in college football.  The school produced its first pair of 1,000 yard rushers this season.

All three are likely to be first-or-second round picks in April’s draft.
