(BOISE, ID)  —  An incident at the state Capitol earlier this month left several lawmakers concerned. Officials say an unidentified man carrying a holstered handgun attached himself to a group of Boy Scouts touring the House floor. He then proceeded to inspect lawmakers’ desks and even reached into their waste baskets. Authorities initially believed he was a parent of one of the scouts. After being confronted by security, the man refused to answer questions and left the premises. The Senate and House chambers are now restricted to certain hours of the day, a move made possible through anti-Occupy Wall Street measures passed last year.
