NBA? SQUARESPACE CACHEVERSION=1357418261026National Basketball Association(NEW YORK) — So far, the 2012-2013 has been a struggle for the Boston Celtics. Despite the team’s poor record at this point, general manger Danny Ainge has no plans to shake up the roster just yet.

The Celtics, who made it to the Eastern Conference Finals last season, are just 15-17 through 32 games this season. They are just eighth in the Eastern Conference standings at this time.

Boston ranks 20th in the NBA in points per game, 30th in rebounding, and 15th in points allowed per game. But for now, Ainge isn’t ready to push the panic button.

“We’re just looking at what we’re capable of becoming,” Ainge said on WEEI on Thursday. “I think we haven’t found the right pieces. I think that Doc is probably going to tweak the lineup again and try to do some things different. We’ll just try to be patient with this team as long as we can.”

The Celtics have won just three games out of their last ten contests.
