“Criminal Minds” Star Thomas Gibson Arrested on Suspicion of DUI

Vincent Sandoval/FilmMagic(LOS ANGELES) -- Criminal Minds star Thomas Gibson was arrested Sunday morning on suspicion of DUI in Los Angeles.

TMZ.com reports Gibson was stopped after he drove through a part of the city that had been blocked off due to a half-marathon. The 50-year-old actor was arrested after refusing to take a Breathalyzer test.

Gibson's bail was set at $15,000. According to E! News, he was released from custody Sunday afternoon.

Gibson plays Aaron Hotchner on Criminal Minds. He previously filled the role of Greg on the 1997-2002 sitcom Dharma & Greg.
