Dentist Pleads Guilty to Medicaid Fraud

(POCATELLO, ID)  — A Pocatello dentist has reached a plea agreement on charges of Medicaid fraud. Carl Holm was indicted in August for allegedly charging clients for Medicaid services that he didn’t provide, or that weren’t medically necessary. By pleading guilty to on count of Medicaid fraud, all other charges against Holm were dismissed. Officials say Holm will likely spend three years on probation and pay a $10,000 fine.
