Diamondbacks Agree To 4-Year Contract With Martin Prado

Tony Firriolo/MLB Photos via Getty Images(PHOENIX) --The Arizona Diamondbacks agreed to a four-year contract on Thursday with the recently acquired Martin Prado. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The 29-year-old infielder came to the desert via trade with the Braves last week along with right-handed pitcher Randall Delgado and three minor leaguers for two-time All-Star outfielder Justin Upton and third baseman Chris Johnson.

In 156 games with Atlanta last season, Prado batted .301 with 10 home runs, 70 RBIs and 81 runs. He is expected to play third base for Arizona.
