Fried Food Danger: 30% Increase in Risk of Prostate Cancer

A new study out of Seattle finds that men who eat deep-fried food once a week or more, including doughnuts, are 30 percent more likely to develop prostate cancer.

The reason, researchers say, is that the heat of the oil may trigger the formation of carcinogens in the food.
