Idaho Falls Man Charged with DUI

(IDAHO FALLS, ID) — An Idaho Falls man was arrested early Tuesday on an aggravated drunk driving charge. Police say 23-year-old Cody Rogers crashed into a light pole with his pickup truck at around 2 a.m. The accident was reported near the intersection of 17th Street and St. Clair Road. Rogers and a 25-year-old passenger were taken to EIRMC with minor injuries. Rogers was released to pre-trial services later in the day. A preliminary hearing has been set for Jan. 29.
