Katie Holmes and Jake Gyllenhaal Are Not ‘Secretly Dating’

Steve Granitz/WireImage(LOS ANGELES) — In the wake of several reports that say Katie Holmes and Jake Gyllenhaal are romantically-involved, a representative for Holmes insists the rumors are false.
The rep tells Gossip Cop it’s “not at all true” that the couple is “secretly dating.”
The tabloid media suggested the two were supposedly introduced by Holmes’ former Dawson’s Creek flame Joshua Jackson. Sources claimed “Josh has been the mastermind behind this romance.”
Insiders also suggested that Holmes has been a regular visitor to Gyllenhaal’s New York City apartment recently, and the pair has “tons in common.”
A source close to Gyllenhaal also confirms to Gossip Cop that the dating claims are complete fabrications.
