(LOS ANGELES) — Lindsay Lohan is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday in Los Angeles at 8:30 a.m. local time in connection with her car crash on the Pacific Coast Highway last year.
She’s been charged with lying to police, driving recklessly and obstructing an officer from doing his duties.
Lohan collided with a dump truck in Santa Monica, Calif., in June of 2012. Allegedly, she falsely claimed that she wasn’t behind the wheel of the car at the time of the accident.
Her informal probation was revoked last month as a result of the charges.
According to TMZ.com, Lohan recently fired the lawyer handling the case, Shawn Holley. RadarOnline.com further reports that Lohan owes Holley, who has represented the actress for years, more than $300,000 in legal fees.
Last week, Lohan was a no-show at a New York City court for a hearing regarding an incident at a Manhattan nightclub last November in which she allegedly punched a psychic. Her lawyer has expressed confidence that the case will be dropped.
