Michigan States Le’Veon Bell Will Enter NFL Draft
Published at(NEW YORK) — Michigan State junior running back Le’Veon Bell has declared for the NFL draft.
The 6-foot-2, 237-pound Bell rushed for 1,793 yards and 12 touchdowns this season.
Bell tweeted, “As hard as it was to leave spartan nation, it was even harder to pass on such a great opportunity I have in front of me! But I love and thank spartan nation for everything! I will always be a spartan!”
ESPN’s Scouts Inc. has Bell rated as the 81st best player. He is expected to be a second day pick with a slight chance of getting selected in the first round.
In three seasons at MSU, Bell rushed for 3,346 yards, catching 78 balls and scoring 34 touchdowns.
