(MADISON, Wis.) — Ben Brust scored 15 points and grabbed 11 boards helping No. 20 Wisconsin smash No. 13 Ohio State 71-49, Sunday afternoon.
The Badgers (18-8, 9-4 Big Ten) took the lead quick, going on an early 18-0 run that put them up 24-6, and never looked back.
Ohio State (18-7, 8-5 Big Ten) was held to 37.5 percent shooting from the field and only had six assists in the game.
Jared Berggren scored 15, Sam Decker had 13 and Traevon Jackson added 10 points for the Badgers as they rebounded from their Valentines Day loss to Minnesota.
Deshaun Thomas scored 18 points and grabbed six rebounds for the Buckeyes in the loss.
Wisconsin is now tied with Michigan for third in the Big Ten, trailing Indiana and Michigan State by two games. Ohio State drops to fifth place in the conference.
