(NEW YORK) — British Police arrested a man outside Buckingham Palace after he was holding a knife to his throat Sunday.
The incident occurred right before noon.
Authorities said the man had two knives. When the man was challenged by police, he acted aggressively and a “taser was discharged.”
The man’s identity has not been released.
