Did Chris Brown, Rihanna Smoke Up in Los Angeles Nightclub?

TMZ[dot]com(LOS ANGELES) — We’re not sure if the couple that smokes together, stays together, but in the case of Chris Brown and Rihanna, puffing and passing in public could spell trouble.
That’s especially true for Breezy, who is on probation and was seen behind the wheel of a car shortly after he was spotted lighting up what looked like a joint, according to TMZ.com. Driving under the influence of marijuana is a crime in California, even if someone has a medical marijuana card.
According to the website, club-goers spotted Chris and Rihanna partying at Hollywood’s Supperclub following Sunday night’s Grammy Awards show in Los Angeles. Both singers appear to be lighting up at the club, with one photo showing Chris taking a drag from what appears to be a hand-rolled cigarette, then blowing smoke into the air.
Chris could have been smoking tobacco for all we know. But partygoers tell TMZ that they smelled pot smoke.
