(WASHINGTON) — Claims for unemployment benefits took a slight dip last week, falling by 5,000, according to the latest figures released Thursday by the Labor Department.
For the week ending Feb. 2, the number of people filing for benefits dropped to 366,000. The previous week, claims stood at 371,000.
The four-week average also decreased, slipping by 2,250 to 350,500.
