The school announced Snyder will make $2.75 million in 2013 and will receive $100,000 annual increases in each of the following seasons.

The contract also has many incentives, including a $350,000 pay day for winning the national title.

Snyder has led K-State to three straight bowl games, including a trip to the Fiesta Bowl this past season, and has a 170-85-1 record in his two stints with the Wildcats.

“We have continued to make daily improvement as a football program,” Snyder said, “I am grateful for the opportunity to continue and will do so as long as I feel I am having a positive impact on our university, community and football program and the young men that are involved.”

The 73-year-old Snyder is seventh in all-time FBS coaching wins.
