Harvick took control of the race on Lap 37 when he passed Trevor Bayne for the lead. With 23 laps remaining, he fended off challenges from Greg Biffle and Juan Pablo Montoya to cruise to Victory Lane. It’s Harvick’s second victory at Speedweeks; he won the exhibition race last weekend.

“We just got to keep a level head on our shoulders, not get too high over what we’ve done, just do the same things that we’ve done. If it’s meant to be, it’s meant to be,” Harvick said. “I think we definitely have the car and team to be in contention to do that.”

Harvick will be joined in the second row by Kyle Busch, who took home the checkered flag in the second Duel race. Danica Patrick will be on the pole after winning last Sunday’s qualifying race.
