Lindsay Lohan’s Lawyer Says, ‘I Can’t Reach Her’

ABC News(LOS ANGELES) — Lindsay Lohan has no shortage of legal problems, and now one of her lawyers is admitting that she can’t even get in contact with the actress.
Attorney Julia Azrael — who is representing the troubled actress in a lawsuit brought by photographer Grigor Balyan, who claims Lohan ran over him with her car in January 2010 — said she cannot locate Lohan and doesn’t want to be blamed by the judge for her client’s actions, TMZ.com reports.
In legal documents obtained by the gossip site, Azrael wrote, “I have made many efforts to convince Lohan to appear for her deposition. I do not know how to reach her directly.”
Azrael also claimed in the docs that she can only reach Lohan through her other attorney Mark Heller, who has been giving her the run-around.
Baylan has asked the judge to fine both Lohan and Azrael for the delays.
