Nestle, which makes the dietetic food line, says they are recalling some meals after receiving reports of broken glass in them.

The recall applies to Lean Cuisine Culinary Collection Mushroom Ravioli with the production codes 2311587812 and 2312587812, and with a “best before date” that appears as DEC 2013.

Three customers have reported finding fragments of glass in the ravioli portion of the entree, according to a statement released by Nestle.  Nobody has been injured.

This is not the first such problem for Lean Cuisine. In 2008 and 2011, pieces of plastic were found in entrees.
