According to TMZ.com, Furlong was remanded into custody in light of an allegation that he violated a restraining order that prohibits him from going near his girlfriend.

The order went into effect after Furlong allegedly attacked his girlfriend at a Los Angeles airport last October. He’s accused of violating the order when he allegedly attacked her again last month.

The 35-year-old Furlong will remain in jail pending a probation violation hearing on March 4. He was placed on probation in 2010 after pleading no contest to violating a protective order obtained by his estranged wife.
